Costco was selling health insurance, of all things.

At the moment, the perfect hedge is housing and real estate. No one is selling and the young tykes can't afford to buy what little inventory there is. And all new construction, that apparently is taking covid abandoned office buildings and converting them to apartments or building large apartment complexes. We are going back to the 1920s and 1930s and people can live in what Henry Potter builds them to rent from him.

Some housing markets are stronger than others. There's always $ in multi-family complexes. If you can get Section 8, even better. For you. Not the locals.

If by "coming on strong" you mean someone who will not win even one state in the 2024 general election and could only serve to help get Trump elected the way Ross Perot helped Bill Clinton not just once, but twice, then sure.
