I'm not joking. I still have daily bouts of nausea that cause me to stop what I'm doing and ride it out. But I haven't cut out sugar. I just get away with it because I haven't gained any weight. No idea if there's something wrong with me because I haven't been to a doctor since I dropped health insurance probably 7-8 years ago. I'm 58 now. That's plenty.

Yeah, that is early signs/symptoms of a future heart attack. And I'm not joking, see a medical doctor. Get an EKG. Get a CAT scan and (if possible) see a cardiologist about an angiogram. You may have a blockage in your left anterior descending artery. No one here wants anything terrible to happen to you.
