What are you, fucked? I said no states have written laws prohibiting birth control. None have. I don't give a damn is a state prohibits tax dollars to help a girl get an abortion. And neither should you.DooKSucks wrote: ↑Fri Aug 26, 2022 12:05 amYou are one stupid son of a bitch…innocentbystander wrote: ↑Thu Aug 25, 2022 11:48 amstop itDooKSucks wrote: ↑Tue Aug 23, 2022 11:58 pm
Except the opinion overturning Roe — despite Alito’s cheap denial claiming it was limited — is based upon a narrow interpretation that would eliminate the legal basis upon which Griswold was decided, and as such imperils the future of ensuring states cannot ban or limit contraception distribution. In fact, Thomas’ concurring opinion was at least honest and stated that such substantive due process decisions should be re-examined and overturned.
You fucking hypocritical dolt
so far NO STATES have banned contraception distribution. none. and we do not need a federal LAW prohibiting states from banning it. no states would ban it. you are yelling at no one
there is no federal law that prevents states from banning the sale of cars or trucks. none. and you don't need an unconstitutional decision from the supreme court to make sure that no state bans those sales. you know why? because (even though states are free to do so) no state is going to do that. same with contraception
now states do some pretty stupid bans. they might ban the sale of plastic straws. they might ban the sale of soda over the amount of 16 ounces from a convenience store. they might ban the sale of diet pills. hell they might even ban some forms of junk food. got to cross the state border to get that big gulp at the 7-11. but condoms and birth control pills? while they are free to ban the sales of such items, they wont
you are being silly. you are creating problems where there arent' any. we have much bigger problems in this world than you or I worrying about whether or not the state of Alabama prevents Mary Sue or Billy Jack from being able to buy a condom at the local store.
You fucking dolt

Some States Already Are Targeting Birth Control
A doctor displays two brands of intrauterine devices, known as IUDs. Some state lawmakers have suggested restricting access to the birth control; many reproductive health advocates fear the overturning of Roe v. Wade would embolden those efforts.
Andy Tullisnone The Bulletin via The Associated Press
Last year, conservative Republicans in the Missouri legislature took a run at blocking Medicaid funding from going to Planned Parenthood, a frequent and prominent target of anti-abortion activists and politicians.
great. i don't give a shit how much a Whopper costs in California. fuck 'em.
